INSTRUCTIONS: SKETCHBOOK2 Sketchbook 2: Site Specifc Inspired/Project Book Once a concept has been chosen, complete the second and fnal sketchbook for our course. See the inspiration examples from former UF students in Learning Materials and Activities, above. All project books have combined specific themes discovered within all 3 sites from Lesson 13; they evolve into a single concept for Sketchbook 2. You may notice that the public art inspired beginnings of these examples have transformed or even dissolved from each artist's starting point. lt might even be unrecognizable. This is OK. Much like Phillip Petite, Ernst Haeckel or Christo, springboard from your initial ideas into something exciting! The goal here is that a transformation occurred; transformations that yielded unexpected and playful results that flow from one page to the next. Often these books are quite breathtaking, as pages are turned to reveal the fearless experiments attempted. Each artist surprised themselves while they created these books-hopefully, you do too. Sketchbook 2 takes much time to develop. Do not procrastinate! Best outcomes are completed in at least 2 weeks of time. CRITERIA: SKETCHBOOK2> ·Visual evidence of a theme - Continuity created by each page bearing a visual resemblance to another, and/or a visual sense of flow (color, line, texture, grid, shape, movement, balance, etc). .Use at least 3 sketchbook methods from the course .
