Online Shopping Behavior Among University Students in Malaysia
The rapid growth of e-commerce has significantly impacted the purchasing behaviors of university students in Malaysia. Understanding their online shopping habits, preferences, and experiences can provide valuable insights for e-commerce businesses targeting this demographic. This descriptive study aims to explore online shopping behavior among university students in Malaysia, focusing on their habits, preferences, and perceptions of online shopping platforms. By examining demographic characteristics and shopping habits, this study seeks to shed light on how online shopping influences consumer behavior and satisfaction among Malaysian university students.

You are required;

2- Submit a managerial report which includes the following:

Describe the methodology, including participant selection, data collection methods, and tools used for analysis.

c) Data Analysis (by using IBM-SPSS 22.00).
ONLY CONSIDER DESCRIPTIVE STATISTICS.
Use descriptive statistics to analyze the data collected from the survey.
